Hot take but I don’t think “Hetero” couples in fiction are boring actually I just think they’re boring because we see the same m/f couples every single time. I just thought this might be a fun way to get more people involved this year! If I don't hear anything back from anyone this week, I'll come up with something else to do for the artwork. Characters could also be combined as well (for example, Atlas & P-body, Cave & Caroline, etc). I have a list of 25 Portal characters picked out, so there are plenty of options to choose. If you'd be interested in contributing, or if you have any ideas of what I could do for the artwork on the postcards, please DM me and we can talk about it. Because PHSI is run out of the goodness of my heart to try and lift people’s spirits up at the end of the year, there would be no monetary compensation for contributing the artwork, only the warm compensation you get from doing something for others and the knowledge that your artwork has travelled the world to reach people. Ideally, the art would also be colorful and finished (as opposed to line art and sketches). The artwork would need to be horizontal, 4 inches x 6 inches, themed around characters from Portal or Portal 2, and would be holiday-neutral (think Winter scenes, but not holiday scenes). I'm not quite ready to open PHSI 2021 yet, because I still haven't decided on the artwork/design for the front of the postcards. As always, the cards will be customized to match any December Holiday of your choice and will be mailed to you physically or emailed digitally!
